Before going to print, an actual human reviews each personalized book to ensure it is error-free. Please give us a bit of time to make sure your book is perfect! You should expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.

We want every product we ship to meet our super high quality standards. We also try to make sure your order will get to you safe and sound, but sometimes things happen in transit. So, if your item(s) arrive damaged, don’t fret! All you have to do is email us at email@example.com to let us know, and we will be happy to mail you a new item at no cost.
If a package is refused or returned to us unopened, you’ll be charged for the product and shipping costs. If you want us to reship the order, we’re happy to do so, but you’ll have to pay for shipping costs again. Sorry!
